Jade Oolong
Taiwan, formerly known by the Island name of Formosa, has a fine reputation particularly for Oolong teas. The term oolong is of Chinese origin and means “black dragon”. The tea is the crowning Taiwanese product.

Preparation
1 Rounded teaspoon per cup
70-80˚C Water temperature
Steep Time: About 3-4 minutes
Tip: The most flavourful when drunk pure
Taste
Tender, flowery and smooth tasting with ripe peach notes. Brews a lightly sweet beautiful jade-green cup. A true delicacy. This tea can be steeped up to three times.
