Pai Mu Tan White Tea
One of the rarest teas from China of outstanding quality with subtle and fresh tealeaves from the first harvest. Picked in the end of April and early May, this tea has wonderful smooth green leaves and a one of a kind taste. It is of the highest quality and an absolute rarity.

Preparation
1 Rounded teaspoon per cup
70-80˚C Water temperature
Steep Time: About 4 minutes
Tip: The most flavourful when drunk pure
Taste
Very open and lightly fermented leaves. Has a fine scent and mild character. Makes a light golden-yellow cup. Low in tannins and caffeine. The tea for connoisseurs.
